In 1980 Texpro was formed as a family owned electrical and instrumentation contracting company based in Garvagh Northern Ireland serving Belfast’s oil and gas related shipbuilding industries with internationally certified electrical and instrumentation equipment and materials.
In 1985 the company established its Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment and Materials trading division to serve the increasing demand for engineering and procurement services from the export market.
In 1992 Texpro established their representative office in Tokyo Japan to service Japan’s engineering companies engaged in international plant construction projects.
In 1995 Texpro Ltd was formally incorporated as a company in accordance with British company law to serve end users and engineering contractors engaged in major construction projects worldwide.
In 1997 Texpro established their United States of America representative office in Parsippany New Jersey.
In 2000 Texpro established their Thailand representative office in Chonburi.
In 2008 Texpro established their United Arab Emirates representative office in Jebel Ali, Dubai
In 2012 Texpro Japan LTD was formally incorporated in accordance with Japanese company law with our registered head office established in Kobe.
In 2013 Texpro USA, Inc. was formally incorporated in accordance with company law in the State of New Jersey’s with our registered head office established in Parsippany.
